Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: 
All standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days of transit for delivery. If there is ever a significant delay in your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Postage Costs:

We charge a flat rate of $10 to Australian locations only. 
International postage vary depending on the location. Pricing for international postage will be calculated in your shopping cart once an address has been entered.

Shipment dates and delivery estimates:

Sending to same state: 
Metro - up to 2 business days 
Country - up to 5 business days

Sending interstate: 
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points 
Country - Please ask at your local Post Office

Sending Internationally

Metro - up to 7-12 Business days*
