Refund policy

Exchanges (if applicable)

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 weeks from purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. However, you will be responsible for the return postage fees that may apply. Unfortunately, we are unable accept returns or exchanges for custom or made to order products.

Damaged products (if applicable)
We use Australia Post, so all items are insured under their policy up to $100. If your item had been damaged during the delivery process, please send a photo withing 48 hours of receiving the item to info@oliviasgarden.com.au

Once we receive your notification, we will advise you of the process to take.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If a refund has been agreed and you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
